At Hurstbridge Pilates & Yoga, transparency and fairness are at the heart of everything we do. Our terms and conditions are not tucked away in fine print; they are openly accessible and straightforward because we believe in fostering a trusting relationship with our community. Our policies are crafted not to be restrictive, but to ensure a level playing field, giving every member a fair opportunity to achieve their best outcomes. We’ve designed our terms to uphold the integrity of our classes and to support the wellbeing and progress of all members. Your positive experience and success in your wellness journey are our top priorities, and our terms and conditions reflect this commitment to fairness and transparency.
Payment for classes must be made when booking. You must either have a valid membership on your account or pay the casual rate at the time of booking via the Momence app or our website. All memberships will be deducted as per the auto payment schedule on a weekly basis. If a failed payment occurs your account will be put on hold and bookings may be cancelled. Membership periods are initiated on the first class used. There is a minimum 4 week period for all memberships. You can only use the number of classes you have for your membership each week (or unused credits rolled over from previous weeks), if you book more than you have, you will be charged at the casual rate for the extra class used. Classes cannot be swapped on the day of booked class, unless before the 12 hour cancellation policy. This membership is for the membership holder only, it cannot be shared or transferred. Should someone attend a class and not be the contract holder they will be turned away. Memberships can be put on hold for up four weeks in a 12 month period for holidays or special circumstances. One months notice in writing must be given via email, [email protected]. Please note if you suspend your membership no bookings can take place until your membership is reactivated again. To end your membership, 30 days notice is required in writing to [email protected]. Payment will be taken during this period and membership can still be used. Hurstbridge Pilates & Yoga may change or substitute any instructor at any time without providing notice to clients. Our discounted introductory offers or free period specials are valid for one time only to new clients in specific periods only. No extensions.
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations or rescheduling group classes must be done through your Momence app at least 12 hours prior to the class start time to avoid losing your session credit or casual fees. No exceptions. Class bookings are at your own responsibility via our website or the Momence app. If you book/attend the wrong class, your pass cannot be reused. Please ensure you have reminders and alerts set via Momence app. Hurstbridge Pilates & Yoga may cancel a class at any time and for any reason. You will be credited for any classes in this circumstance.
NO-SHOW POLICY If you reserve a space in a class and do not show up without cancelling through Momence app, you will lose your class pass or casual fees paid. No exceptions.
