Classical Matwork Pilates

It follows Joseph Pilates' original sequence of exercises, aiming for total coordination of body, mind, and spirit. While suitable for all levels, this class is intense! It challenges you physically and mentally, making it an excellent supplement to your regular movement practice.

Stretch and Release

Our Stretch and Release classes cater to all levels, focusing on flexibility and muscle tone using massage balls and foam rollers. Benefit from expert guidance in safe muscle stretching to improve health, posture, and performance.
