Reformer & Mat Pilates

FREE Pilates Foundations Class

Our free foundation classes are designed for all first time students to Hurstbridge Pilates Studio or anyone needing to revisit the basics. We cover the essential principles of Pilates and ensure you have a strong foundation to attend any of our regular reformer, matwork or barre classes. 

We also make sure you get to know the equipment you may use in our Studio and how to achieve a safe, challenging and effective workout. 

Our studio has a unique approach to teaching and practicing Pilates which has been developed over many years of practice and teaching. Pilates Foundations classes are 45 minutes long and are designed for our teachers to get to know your individual needs. 

Every body, no matter the level of experience, is different and will have unique areas of focus in their practice. You can repeat this class as many times as you like!

Stretch and Release

Our Stretch and Release classes cater to all levels, focusing on flexibility and muscle tone using massage balls and foam rollers. Benefit from expert guidance in safe muscle stretching to improve health, posture, and performance.
